Quality Assurance and User Service Commitment Statement

一、Establish, maintain and continually improve the quality assurance system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance system standard. Product quality shall be guaranteed to meet all requirements specified in the contract (including national, ministerial, and enterprise standards, as well as technical agreements).

二、Dedicated to Customer Service Excellence

1. Golden Sun Cable Co., Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality services throughout the pre-sale, sale, and post-sale stages, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
2. Prior to signing a contract, customers are welcome to visit our company for an inspection. We will accurately and truthfully provide all necessary technical consultations, relevant product technical data, and documents, and address any requirements raised by the customer.
3. After the contract is signed, we welcome the customer to assign personnel to supervise the manufacturing process at our facility. We will humbly accept any feedback regarding manufacturing quality and promptly analyze and implement improvements.
4. Before the final factory inspection of products, we will notify the customer to send representatives to participate in the joint inspection. Our company will provide all necessary assistance for the work and accommodation of the customer's representatives.
5. Prior to shipment of products, we will notify the customer and provide the Product Quality Guarantee Certificate and the cargo delivery note as stipulated in the contract.
6. Should any quality issues arise during the installation or use of our products, we guarantee to provide a response within 24 hours of receiving the customer's feedback. For issues requiring on-site assistance, we will immediately dispatch personnel to provide service or offer a satisfactory solution. For problems confirmed to be due to our product quality, we will carry out timely repairs. If repair is not feasible, we will provide replacements or accept returns.
7. If the customer requires our assistance during the construction process, our company will immediately dispatch technical personnel to the site to provide support services.
